Aftercare and Rehabilitation Care

Following a period of hospitalisation at the Rhéna Clinic, or at another establishment, patients can also benefit from a period of aftercare and rehabilitation.

This speciality is handled by 2 specialized doctors, one of whom has geriatric and palliative care skills.

Rehabilitation

This is overseen by rehabilitation professionals with the help of technical facilities. The aim of rehabilitation is to partially or totally improve a deficiency following a medical or surgical condition.

Readjustment

Our multidisciplinary team strives to restore or preserve the autonomy of the patient, regardless of their physical, mental or cognitive impairment.

Re-insertion

Patients receive social support to define and optimise a lifestyle adapted to their needs.
